I started my journey with children in 2009 when I trained as a Montessori Teacher and children’s yoga instructor. I then gained several years of teaching and child development experience in London. I have always loved babies and children and I find their ability to thrive and adapt simply astounding.
My husband was in the Army so when we were posted out of London I stopped teaching to give my children the stability they needed. As any military wife will tell you moving every two years with small children is not an ideal set up!
I live in Wiltshire with my husband, two children, three dogs, one cat and an enormous flock of poultry. I know what it is like to run a busy home and constantly have to keep on top of life. My son Charlie was an amazing sleeper but my daughter Libby was a shocker! I am fully aware of how it feels to be utterly sleep deprived and I always ask new mothers how they are sleeping because I understand how hard it can be.
Feeling passionate about both children and sleep I decided to merge the two and began my training with the Sleep Boss in 2022. I absolutely loved it.

By working with your baby’s natural cycle, our aim is to align naps and bedtimes. Fine tuning the art of catching your baby when they’re ready to sleep will result in them falling asleep faster and staying asleep longer.
Where your baby sleeps is just as important as when they sleep. We will work together to create a sleep inducing environment for every sleep in order to establish positive sleep associations for your baby.
The act of falling asleep is a learned skill, I will support you and advise on the most effective sleep behaviours to practice in order to give your baby the space and time to practice doing this themselves.
Throughout your sleep coaching, you will learn about the four stages of your baby's sleep cycle. Understanding this will help you to ensure your baby is getting the best nights sleep.
